I`m waiting for workout info from Hanky......apparantley the neck work and ab work I do  after lifting heavy just isn`t meeting his approval.

I hope he can direct and guide me with his vast knowledge........fingers crossed!!

Sorry bro I am on a snowboard vacation for the next week. Last night did some night runs today just helping the kids. There is a fitness center here so I may check what they have when I hit the hot tub later. But yeah snowboarding is a pretty decent workout gets the heart rate up and really makes quads and glutes and lower back and everything work together.

Let’s be honest though the only thing Bhanks is potentially killing is his gains.

Do you guys think Big Ramy and Nick Walker are snowboarding in the off season? The answer is no.

You know who did do stuff like this though, Calum Von Munger. Poor dude looked great but burned the candles at both ends trying to live the BB lifestyle and enjoy the other side of the sporting life. He ended up injured and ultimately insane…..

Bhanks is pushing the limits and is risking damaging his beautiful body.
