Did 2 sets of 10 using the Rogue bar with a wide grip than 5 sets of Triples on the gopher at 138.5 today.

Lots of front delt activation,and you didn`t come to a complete extension on any of the reps but it was extremely obvious on the last one.

I seem to recall bhanks at one point said there was another brian hankins who had a criminal record, perhaps the memory fails

Bhank cops to the text and driving and police run-in charges (not convictions) readily but vehemently denies mdma and other assault ones

Middle names and DOB on the heavier charges would presumably render such denials valid or otherwise.

Hopefully the former, as then the thread can settle back into arguing over curls and peaks and skateboards and neck circumferences ad infinitum

The stress of the “curl” seems to put more focus on the shoulders than the biceps.

That doesn’t seem so strict.

Strict curl is a ridiculous name for this kinda lift. It should be renamed Braced Curl. IMO it has merit as a competitive lift though.

Look at where the feet are also, its almost like a seated position. If You were to stand bolt upright heels against the wall also more like a regular standing curl the weight would go down dramatically as you'd be pulled forwards

If you take away the wall like a regular standing curl you are going to be able to increase the weight dramatically your heels can only be one foot from the wall it is nothing like a seated position
