I just set my phone on the counter it took all of 5 seconds and I am hardly naked. I wonder how long your gym is going to allow a jackass to bear crawl across the floor

I asked - they have no problem with it.  I get it if you bear crawled all the cobbler would be on the gym floor instantly.

Oh for F sake - the layout of our gym has different training areas I do my stuff.  And again, at that time of the day - you have committed people there actually training hard.  There are not ego driven, bloated, vanity obsessed, bro-selfie ring, lifter types.  . . . . .

Brian why don’t you run a low mild dose of deca for joint lubrication.

Low/ mild in your world is +1000 but you joints should get some relief

It may worsen the gyno you already have

How about you squat 405 like you swore up and down you could.

You quickly realized you couldn't. So the "wrong" knee sleeves showed up.. then USPS issues.

I squatted 365lbs to good depth last time I went heavy squats without a spot. I would imagine next time I will squat more but I don’t try and max my squat every week. Have been nursing some lower back issues as well. I did find a hyper extension yesterday at the gym and did 2 sets I didn’t remember to include in my workout write yp . I am hoping those will help.I also got a new lifting belt from Ivankp this week I ordered 2 months ago better quality.

4 sets ez bar curl 94lbs 4x30.
Superset
4 sets overhead extensions 100 lbs 4x20

4 sets chins 12,11,10,9 squeezed each rep at top held last rep each set for 30-60seconds.
Superset
4 sets weighted dips +45lbs sets of 20.

4 sets alternate db curls 65sx10,10,9,8
Superset
4 sets narrow grip push ups,feet on second stair for 20s.

Wrist roller for 10 minutes.

You`ve been overtraining by going too heavy too often genius.

You`re on the road to an injury.

If your "meet" is this Sat.,you should cease all training now and rest up.....this should help you to heal/recover and you`d more than likely be stronger on Sat.

Training more at this point will not help you get stronger especially if you haven`t recovered sufficiently.



^^^^Holding a lot of water and getting smoother and fatter.......why would you gain weight this close to your "meet"......this means you go up against bigger guys that are potentially stronger than a class below.....KEY WORD being potentially.

Stop with the junk food you are regressing terribly.

Meet is in March and I am always trying to gain weight. I am always going to be bigger and smoother after an upper body workout in the evening. I am not eating much junk food. I am only competing against myself. The goal is to get bigger and stronger. I am right at the top of the 220lb weight class right now where I need to be. But if I show up at 230lbs and curl more even better.
