Why did you say you did 10 or 11 reps here?  None of the sets you mentioned were seven reps.  Was this one of the warm-up sets?  ???

I managed 15 on the first working set after 2 warmup sets filmed from behind then did one from the front for 12 then this was the final for 10 or 11 maybe hard to film from front as wall is 3 feet in front but this is 155lbs so yeah 155lbs for a rep is not a challenge

Notice how far in front the rack is I didn’t like that it’s too far the lift off sit back feels unstable on the shoulder I can press heavier but I really don’t like the lift off sit back

Only 1 shoulder surgery was on the right side the other 2 were on the left side. I don't have restless leg syndrome. The stingray got the right foot I think although can't recall. I am not depressed. However yes I have Chrons which has led to gerd, barrets, ulcers, digestion and mineral deficiency issues. That one disease causes the other issues. I also have 30 years of sports injuries to include 7 orthopedic surgeries. Additionally I had a dozen high speed car wrecks and have some whiplash issues. Oh yeah and I am getting a little older.

So why do I lift heavy and eat and try to make gains? What is the point?

It doesn't work that way. The body has limits. As we age we do not respond to stimuli the same way be it weights cardio or even hormonal. What took 6 weeks may take 6 years now or may never happen at all. What added 20lbs to you when you were a 20 year old newbie might get you 5lbs now or nothing at all. But all you guys thinking if you just took some anabolics you would turn into something at 50 some years old are delusional its might give you 10% more of what you already have it is not going to transform anything it is not going to strengthen your ligaments and tendons that may not be ready for heavier loads. And then to top it all off you are all afraid of adding 5lbs of fluff how the fuck are you going to add bodyweight to increase load to grow bigger stronger muscles if you are afraid to eat????? So you all just sweat to the oldies to work off your bellies from whatever size you are now there is not even any hope of gains.
