Just trying to illustrate why at his age unless he ups the dosage in a huge way,the weight he`s attempting to "BULK UP' to will do him very little good and at his age.... it`ll be hard to get heavier unless he adds fat because he is not driven and dedicated and trains like a wuss.

If he can add size to his quads,then he`d be heavier but even then if  he actually did a real pre-contest diet he`d shrink down to nothing as he has built zero foundation.

I trained natty for many many years before I ever touched D-Bol and then I was never one to rely on drugs as I loved to train hard, and also had a love hate relationship with dieting.....I Imagined myself as a Spartan or a hermit living in a self imposed isolation where I had to eat the same foods daily over and over for weeks or even months, as I did a lot of contests at times back to back which in hindsight was stupid of me.

So now its just take the shirt off.  I thought you said you were stronger.  Stronger means being able to out lift.  Strength isn't a product of just 1, 2, or 3 reps.  You have to have the strength and CONDITIONING to handle that weight at those reps.

You didn't...you don't want to admit it.   This is much like the Clegg fight.  How many people do you tell you out squatted me that day?

My legs sucked but I trained the shit out of them......Hankys legs at 225 are about an inch bigger than mine at 154 and he calls me frail.

I only weighed 154 pounds,but tons of people guessed my weight as being at 175.

This is a HUGE part of what you don`t understand....bb is all about creating an illusion.....looking heavier than you actually are.

Samir Bannout won the Mr. O weighing 187 pounds and looked humongous compared to you......and his arms dwarfed yours at your bogus claimed weight of 225.

I competed in a weight class and an age group in these pics....so in your estimation,the entire class was tiny,but they would have all beaten you,trust me on that....it`s not how much you weigh,it`s how you look and you weren`t in shape at your contest.

But...my physique is so shitty...I still have better conditioning than you (didn't gas out with 225lbs)...and I still did am stronger than you because I did more reps than you (15 vs. 11)

Stop with this cardio nonsense.  Is it cardio to do 30 reps on your curls like you do?

Anyways, as a person who is clearly more fit and athletic than me, all I ask is for you to do what I did today. Easy peasy yes?

interesting side story to the whole bhanks thing, we actually agree on something.
He doesnt like krankenstein and neither do I. I asked people to tell krankenstein to email me as I had some stuff I figured for sure he would be interested in. Asked a few times, never emailed once. That tells me immediately he has the "too good for you" attitude and an aura of arrogance. The absolute second someone posts a video or pic of themselves online, 95% of the time I can get their real identity, location, all the information on them. I dont do it, I have these little hacker brats who are too smart for their own good do it for 20 bucks or so. Not saying I have his, but hey, you can deduce what you want from that.

I loveeeeeeeee uphill walking. Im caddying for a PGA pro on the Fortinet Cup Canadian tour right across Canada this year and need to be able to walk a ton while carrying the bag, so Ive been at this for a while now

when I first started 5 degrees for 10 minutes at 3.0 and I was breaking out the oxygen mask
