We both know you won`t cuz it`ll expose your paper thin back....THIN because of no T-Bar Rows,Dumbell Rows,Barbell Rows,Cleans, or Deadlifts.....why,because 5 rep chins,pulldowns on a machine,and cable rows are way easier.
You take the easy route and expect to be great,just like the food you eat.....no discipline to stick to a regimen of eating bb type foods.....you gotta` pay your dues with the black slag iron homie .
You don`t build a house without a foundation,but this is exactly what you did with your training,and the reason why your physique looks terrible.......ZERO FOUNDATION WAS LAID AT THE BEGINNING.
