you should really stfu and not talk numbers in ANY lift..... you are a weakling in the gym hankins, period.. at 235 lol,  i think youd fuckin struggle to total 1000 in bsd.... add in your faggit curl and i would bet itd still be close lmao.

I just set my phone on the fireplace mantle and took a pic no tripod no special lighting no selfie ring again it’s called a back double bicep pose and I haven’t seen one from sc yet of course your mid back looks thicker pulled in and turned I am spreading my back in a back double bicep he is not doing a back double bicep

with 300lbs or 500lbs deadlifts for 5 to 8 reps - as your such a Big Beast  ::)  & So Strong you keep
saying those poundages at your age & with the amount of drugs you take should be No Problem for you .... we're waiting................. .

I got one good bicep and can gimmick curl more after running drugs for 20 years including GH!  Meanwhile, you easily out squat him and likely win many other lifts.

Think back to your years in the gym, does anybody respect the guy that has one good bodypart or one good lift?  Nope, especially when they try to brag about it and everyone knows they lose all the rest.  The guy who can't stand on stage because everyone knows they have matchsticks for legs (or a distended belly) who is blasting gear in late 40s and looking red?  Yeah, that was the guy who got respect.

You may actually be 20 pounds heavier,yet SC dwarfs you.....I`ve been telling you bb is all about creating an illusion.....it`s not weight,it`s how you look, and he looks light years better than you do,and far heavier whether he actually is or not !

If he can`t hit the pose you want him to hit,then use your vast expertise as a bb to hit the shot that he posted.....compromise a little asshole.

The thing is,that you don`t  know how to spread your lats from the back, and your back in a back lat spread would clearly  show that it`s wafer thin.....that`s the reason in a nutshell.

A strict curl is a lift let’s see you strict curl 167.5lbs before you talk. Also I have bulked to 235lbs that doesn’t mean I am sitting at 235lbs today. Right now I have pulled back to a svelte 220lbs this am which also happens to be the weight class I compete in.

Again,right back at you.....be a nice guy,give a little and hit a back lat spread instead.

We both know you won`t cuz it`ll expose your paper thin back....THIN because of no T-Bar Rows,Dumbell Rows,Barbell Rows,Cleans, or Deadlifts.....why,because 5 rep chins,pulldowns on a machine,and cable rows are way easier.

You take the easy route and expect to be great,just like the food you eat.....no discipline to stick to a regimen of eating bb type foods.....you gotta` pay your dues with the black slag iron homie .

You don`t build a house without a foundation,but this is exactly what you did with your training,and the reason why your physique looks terrible.......ZERO FOUNDATION WAS LAID AT THE BEGINNING.
