Thanks SC....I started out at a much heavier bodyweight, but trained hard 6 days a week,never missing a workout..followed by post workout cardio 6 days a week...never missing a day, and was eating stuff that would make a billy goat puke 6 X a day....never missing a meal.

it appears Hanky has dropped the strict curl because he couldnt be successful with having to train for it, he was close to a qualifying place and six months hard graft would have seen him improve
