how many grams of protein for one more rep today. The falcon took around 140grams

I'd say about 100grams tops.

I've been doing the one meal a day diet for a while now. Hard to consume too much protein.

I love how Wilder can just step over the top rope.

You're old and your opinion doesn't matter  ;D
Fury will fuck up most of your good era fighters.

I watched the fight and I will admit when I'm wrong. It was a great fight. I still believe Fury couldn't hang with a laundry list of heavyweights of the past.

Entertaining fight,  fury even though he was knocked down never looked wobbly or half asleep like wilder. Deceptively fit and strong Fury glad he knocked out wilder, no respect or sportsmanship from him

Great fight. I admit Wilder exceeded my expectations, he boxed the first few rounds then later on he didn't quit. Fury is too much of a warrior. Good he KO'ed him

I suspect that’s what will happen in this fight but the pace is not going to be particularly fast. Wilder has no gas tank and is not big on cardio and I believe fury, who actually does roadwork, will wear him down and take him out late.

I remember hearing Wilder say that he doesn’t like to do any running. Fury runs half marathons.

A lot of these new school strength and conditioning coaches say that aerobic base doesn’t matter for boxing which is ridiculous. You’re going three minute rounds times 12. You can’t do that anaerobically. So if you don’t have aerobic base eventually little by little you get worn down and at the end you have nothing which is what happened to Wilder time and time again during his trilogy.

i agree you got to have a real good gas tank for 12. Fury has it. Wilders super thin legs are indicative of a couch potato with a good diet. Wilder has no foundation to move his big upperbody.

Fury dived in that first knockdown once he knew he'll get punished more if he stays up. That is high ring IQ.

Fury has broken this guy...Wilder will be living in his car in 18 months. Making it through the 7th was impressive though.

When you consider Fury is the bigger fatter guy, it’s clearly a training issue that Wilder gasses so much more easily.

I'm a Wes fan but you are not being fair to Wilder. He fought his ass off and validated not only his Championship reign but his career as well. He brought a much better arsenal than I've seen (credit to Malik Scott) and his chin, heart and recuperation powers are next level. He gave up 39lbs last night. Put that in perspective. Think Wildredo Gomez perhaps the best 122lb champion perhaps of all time fighting GGG Genaddiy Golovkin weighing 160 lbs.

If we believe in Tysons prime, his handlers did their best to avoid Lennox then there is a good argument that they would do the same with Fury.

That jab bro..

Lennox Lewis was an amateur during Tyson's prime so don't talk crap

Ehhh if those ropes weren’t there, Wilder would have ate the canvas way earlier similar to the 2nd fight. He was out on his feet multiple rounds and survived by laying against the ropes and trying to tie up. You can say he added to his arsenal but it also emptied the gas tank twice as fast.
