I am judging Gruden on his performance as a head coach. The fact that he may or may not be a racist as his email may suggest simply adds to my reason for wanting to see him removed for the betterment of the team

He sucks as a head coach,  but your team has bigger issues with the ownership. Mark willingly gave Gruden that contract.

Imagine who he brings in to replace John, it wont be better.

What it all boils down to is this. The board is titled gossip and opinions. I gave my personal opinion of this guy. I don't begrudge anyone of their opinion in fact I welcome it but if someone doesn't like to read what I say they have the option not to read it.

Why does everyone assume it meant his lips are large? Gruden may have meant his lips are the size of Michelan (spare) tires. Implying that the (small) lips look odd on his face.
