Uhhhhh "heart transplant"? An actual medical procedure or is this some kind of really shitty metaphor for saying she's incredibly lonely and wishes she had fallen in love with a man and had some kids instead of being an "independent woman"?

And does the general only post this stuff on getbig? Because the idea of Monica Brandt looking for a getbigger is incredible. There's seriously like a 5% chance she grows her bush out and gets plowed by Fortress(who will also help her become a better writer).
