One of my dear friends had a kidney transplant back in the late 90's. He's still doing very well. But, he will need to be boostered often as his antibodies only last a few months due to the cocktail of drugs he already takes for his compromised immune system.

In one of his training videos there's a very nice white girl in the gym and he basically says that he wants to fuck her brains out (not those exact words but you get the idea) within earshot of her and her boyfriend.
