Tbh my arms are bigger now, than in that pic I was cold (no pump at all) and my arms were 17.5'' cold but now they are 19'', were 20'' at one point but I was fatter, i've gotten ripped recently, perfect six pack now

He trains a lot in long sleeves/tshirt over long sleeve. I assume that's because he's backed off stuff and is softer.

Yeah I saw a random pic of him recently but not on his very carefully curated feed - he was looking more human than normal, so maybe cruising right now....

Thinking about it though, his YouTube stuff is pretty current (or so I believe) so maybe it was just a bad pic or something - let's see if I can find it...🤔
