If you had actually filed a complaint in your State's Civil Court system you would know it is libel. You would also know that you have to prove damages or loss due to the action. Tough to do for an unemployed liar. At that point your lawyer (bullshit) would have sent out the Summons and Complaint (assumed to Josh) and all of us would know that by now. Then you would be open to Discovery and Deposition, at which point my REAL lawyers would spend the next few years ruining your life.
With the type of work I do, I get threatened with lawsuits about 100 times a year, rarely do they ever move forward and they absolutely never work out for the opposition. I will always take my chances with my Chicago lawyers against your girlfriend's public defender buddies.
My opinion Brian Wood-Healy Hankins is that you are a lying, drug using loser who assaults women, stalks and harasses women (based on previous criminal charges) and lies about it to try to make yourself look cool for anonymous internet strangers.
