I didn't stay lean during Covid lockdown times but I know I can get in great shape within 2-3 months.
For the last year, I did a three day split:
Day1: Back, Shoulders, Abs
Day2: Chest, Arms
Day3: Legs, Abs
Day4: Repeat with Day1
In total 6 exercises per day, 2-3 sets to failure on each exercise, partly using drop sets.
No rest days. I found out I don't need them and get in shape much quicker this way.
