Looking lean and half your age. Sorry guys I have my son celebrating an early Xmas today will post some training updates on Saturday. But I like this idea of everyone posting end of the year pics we can then all check back in a few months and see who has progressed.

Thanks bro.
I didn't stay lean during Covid lockdown times but I know I can get in great shape within 2-3 months.

For the last year, I did a three day split:
Day1: Back, Shoulders, Abs
Day2: Chest, Arms
Day3: Legs, Abs
Day4: Repeat with Day1

In total 6 exercises per day, 2-3 sets to failure on each exercise, partly using drop sets.

No rest days. I found out I don't need them and get in shape much quicker this way.

I am good on that, thanks. I am way past "bodybuilding. Being light and lean feels great. Give it a try! Being in a constant inflammatory state aka "bodybuilding" is awful. Ironically, if you would have told me this even 10 years agi I would have told you the dame thing... eat some potatoes  :D
