did you train yesterday or today?

or do you train in the same set of clothes two days in a row? judging by the state of your dilapidated house i would guess you do not change your clothes regularly.

Vince has some good videos of on his youtube channel about how to dress to impress.

It is from today and I added 20lbs it is 335lbs meanwhile you said I would snap in half under 225 you are an ass I will add more next week

No I squatted last week again it is from today the other one squatting 315 with a pad is from last week. This is 335lbs without a pad squatted an hour ago

bhanks, you should lower the gear or come off completely and focus on diet rich in fruits and vegetables.

Who the fuck said anything about setting records? At 41 I was using a cane any orthopedic would tell you I can't walk if they saw my Xrays and MRI. What I am doing now is a fucking miracle.

I have not failed yet. I am slowly testing. I guess we are going to find out soon because I am absolutely adding more weight next squat session. But so far so good I will go over 350 next time. I have more in me

I'm not even busting your balls either. Ya the lift would pass in a competition but why don't you lower the weight and do a bb squat and bury it? You yourself say your a bb not a powerlifter

I warmed up before this at 135X8, 185X8, 225X6, 275X3, and then did 335x1 and then dropped all the way back down to 225lbs and did 3 more sets 6-8 reps. Then did 3 sets of 25 rep leg extensions. It is not like I did one rep at 335lbs and then went home.
