All I know is you benched 65lbs and 135lbs in your most recent reports from 7 years ago are you stronger now? I spotted a 50 year old 145lb woman who got 8 reps with the 75lbs dumbells but she was one of the strongest people I have ever met pound for pound. Seems like you have been coming back for almost a decade. You still planning to be in shape by August? When will you actually be back? I can't remember are you 70 or 80 years old now? Didn't you say you were going to start a cycle this week? How is that going?

Right now I`m clean.......soon I will start a TRT dose of Test 400....100 mgs per week.

Just trying to be fit and fight father time.....nothing else to prove competitively....I did the best I could do with what I had plus I fought through a ton of adversity.

I pressed 315 for 6 reps on incline bench without a spot at the Army base when I was 25 at about 225lbs before any pectorial tears or shoulder surgeries

I'm happy to hear this.  I consider this TRT and a very safe dose (for 99.9% of the world).  That being said you will be amazed at how good 100mg's will feel and help with fat loss and recovery.  Best wishes bud.  Happy New Year.

Thanks guys no high dosages I think being 66 years old now that dose will benefit me greatly.

I never used a ton of shit anyway,though I`m not gonna` lie....I did my share......dosages got high a few times during late in a prep for a few weeks then I wold taper down slowly over the course of a few weeks until contest day.

The most shots I would do is two to three a week depending on what I was running and my current goal....I hated that part of it....I`m not scared of needles of course, I just hated it,then I saw this retard who did 105 shots per weeks on GH15` board....when I ever saw this cats torn up disproportionate physiqe I felt sorry for the idiot.....he looked like a bag of smashed assholes to the Nth degree.

For the record I am also still suffering from a cold or possibly covid have been for about a week and actually lost like 10lbs. You really think I am only going to add 2.5lbs to each side next time? lol. I will squat 355 next time out

I`m not trying to bring you down but as a former competitive powerlifter you will hit a sticking point soon.....I know this from experience as the 335 was not all that easy or perfectly prrformed though it was decent.

You will simply not be able to add weight contantly to a lift beyond a certain point then it will take much longer for you to hit that 405.

Anyway,good luck I hope you prove me wrong.
