That's funny timing, because I was just in a video call with a mutual friend of Getbigger From the Past, Bast, and showed him the contents of my fridge and freezer.

I only eat roughly 13 whole foods, and I only replenish food about once a month [maybe less]. This way, it's impossible to cheat on my diet while at home, because no cheat foods are here.

I'm very low on most things now. Down to only a few chicken breasts, and maybe two scoops of protein, and straight out of 2% milk, whole eggs, bananas, and most other things that I eat:

Never have I seen a higher forearm to triceps size ratio before.

That arm was injured last March. That pic was from July maybe? I have had another 6 months of recovery since that pic. This thread was supposed to be about food though fyi

No I am simply saying you hardly seem qualified to pass judgement on what I eat you clearly don't know what you are talKing about. There is steak, ground beef, eggs, milk, turkey, yogurt, sausage bacon, chicken pasta, chicken enchiladas, burritos, mixed greens, chicken pot pies, 3 typs of pasta salad, rice pudding, lobster bisque, Mediterranean salad, sliced ham, and roast beef, muenster, cheddar and mozzarella cheese, sour cream, OJ, apple juice, pizza , and ice cream in there. If you don't think that is good eating you are just another dumb shit that doesn't know what the fuck they are talking about. Sir Bicep bullshit you don't even lift

You posted a picture of the food in your refrigerator, therefore anyone who looks at it is qualified to pass judgment on what you eat. 

It doesn’t mean the opinion is right or that yours is either.

You know no one is going to tell how awesome your food looks.

Just cleaned up a couple of posts that had some "probable" personal information in them.

Let's try our best (as per forum rules) to keep things clean around here. I did not remove a particular picture as there is no proof that the picture actually pertains to the member in question. If said member reports that it is his actual picture, then I will gladly remove the picture. I have a girlfriend she doesnt and has never lived with me. So no I am not single I am in a relationship. I meant I live alone and its my fridge with just my food not a family fridge. I mean I have a toddler I will feed when he is here this weekend the little drinkable yogurts on the top shelf are his but the rest is all my food.

Why so much milk?

Calcium does the titanium rods good?

I don’t see any cooked or prepped food.

I see steaks covered in freezer burn. Prob got them short dated.

This was a thread for everyone it wasn't supposed to just be about my food or Matts lack of food or another critique of my right arm. Could have been a good thread people could have actually learned from each other

Ok no staging no prepping let’s see what you got in your fridge/freezer right now. I live alone so mine isn’t super neat but I do have food. Who has a six pack of beer and some stale bologna? Who has prepped meals? Who has a human cadaver?

I eat avocados, fish oi (capsules and from salmon with skin i cook), olive oil, and natural peanut butter (only peanuts and salt as ingredients) for good fats.    What are you eating for good fat?     Many of these processed foods such as the pizza in your fridge have refined oil which is unhealthy fat. 

Some processed food like frozen pizza makes my stomach upset.  I'm also lactose intolerant so I use milk with lactase (fairlife).    Many processed foods contain MSG and a lot of companies use other names for MSG so it's hidden in the ingredients list.   MSG increases appetite.   For a natural guy it's hard to be ripped eating processed foods like pizza and pre-made pasta salads with refined oils.   PEDs increase metabolism and improve digestion so it's easier of course.    A natural guy can also be ripped eating junk like this but most will have to calorie count and be careful with portions. 

Also I don't see any vegetable in your fridge. I have broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower often especially when i'm looking to get leaner.    They aren't necessary but they do help fill up the stomach to avoid overeating calories and they do add some good nutrients.     If I had to eat just 5 foods they would be:   Steak, Salmon, oatmeal, fruit, avocados - I  digest these foods the best, they have all the nutrients required, they make me feel the best relative to other foods, and I enjoy eating them.

So you are living on sunshine and positive energy from the Universe? What makes you think any kind of food is unhealthy? I have 3 pizzas in my freezer that doesn't mean I am living on frozen pizza. There is mixed greens in my crisper drawer which you can't see. I had 3 green salads yesterday. Peds absolutely do not improve digestion. The last thing I want to do is limit my calories when you are training you need to eat more a lot more I couldn't eat too much if I tried I don't need to get any leaner. I also have a cupboard full of rice and pasta and tuna and oatmeal and olive oil you know stuff that doesn't require a fridge. And I eat out order in probably 4-5 times a week.

I thought the name of the game was getbig not starve yourself thin. Abs are plenty lean enough this am. I am eating a half pound of sausage and gravy biscuits now
