It really is that simple people need to listen to their bodies not count calories and macros your body will tell you what it needs if you pay attention. Also I think people need to know you don't need a bunch of powders you can eat actual food and diverse food at that you don't need to live on chicken and broccoli. Just eat prioritize protein stop when full and train. It's that simple. Then throw in an occasional mukbang if trying to make some gains.

how did you manage lugging the equipment around with titanium rods?

have you ever dabbled with Nu***n? i knew two pro's and one guru who use to take it daily.

Yesterday I started with my typical
half pound of sausage and gravy with 4 corn bread biscuits.
I then had 3 bowls of homemade beef and bean chili with cheese
A roast beef sandwich on a kaisser roll with 2 slices of cheese and mayo
A bowl of Lobster Bisque soup
3 mixed green salads with vinegar and olive oil
5-6 slices of wheat bread with extra butter
a cheese danish
corn chips with guacamole
a 4 ounce italian ice
8 oz coke
3 32oz gatorades
2 cups rice pudding
2 jellos
a cup of pasta salad
a cup of milk
coffee with cream and sugar
green tea with honey

The veg (salad/beans), the meat, and the guacamole are filling your hunger enough to keep you from eating too many portions of processed, high calorie foods.  This is why you're able to be lean.    A cup of pasta salad for example is a small serving size.     Do you ever eat cookies or cereal?  These are a couple foods that are particularly tough to eat in small serving sizes.   The key is to include enough vegetables, good fat sources and protein which you're doing.     Your diet approach is similar to Mike Mentzer's.    However limiting foods with refined oils would be better for your health.   A pizza made with olive oil instead of canola oil (digiornos) would be better.   The corn bread biscuits and cheese danish also are probably high in refined oil (bad fat).

I agree that powders are not needed. I think you are deliberately misleading about what you take.

he may be talking about gear/peds/peptides/compounds and bioidentical hormones
but youve talked about what youve taken in the past and pretty open about it here

So I am secretly eating two chicken breast and a cup of white rice a day with a protein shake while pretending to eat actual food? I then purchased a bunch of food I don't eat to put in my fridge and freezer to sell the lie? Yeah that sounds much more plausible than the concept you can actually eat real food and train and be in shape. That is kind of the problem the industry has lied so long you guys can't recognize the truth when it is presented openly and honestly with supporting evidence. You all think it takes magic pills and powders and boring starvation rations which couldn't be further from the truth. People who actually train eat a lot of diverse food to support their recovery.

I used a clinic last summer to help recover from an injury last March. I did not like doing bloodwork and when they asked me to do more bloodwork to continue my expensive treatment in July I declined. I have no idea what my hormone levels are now. I am not going to any doctors for anything. I stopped all medications from my gastro and my HRT clinic at the end of the summer. It is now Feb and while I am no longer 230lbs I am 225lbs and I feel great I am not having any digestive issues. I did get a cortisone shot in my left elbow in November other than that I am not taking any otc or prescriptiopn medications or experimental peptides I do not use any protein powders or take any NSAIDs. I have mentioned the training and metabolic benefits of cannabis and I do use a legal hemp product for it's arthritis, digestion, and metabolic benefits. I don't care what anyone else does or doesn't take. I am willing to try any magic pills anyone wants to send me but I decided it wasn't worth the money and hassle for me personally. I don't know if discontinuation is why my digestion is better or not but my stomach and guts feel the best they have felt in years. I am also slowly adding more weight to compound movements so I do believe I am improving if slowly on simple food.

Everyone admits to supplement usage then tries to tell you they eat chicken and rice and protein powder. Taking or not taking supplements is not the difference. Eating and not eating is a massive difference. Supplements do not build muscle supplements do not burn bodyfat food and training build muscle and burn bodyfat. Supplements will not get you in shape there is no magic pill. Everyone is taking the same supplements the difference is food training and recovery. People need to focus more on those variables and stop thinking they can just take a magic pill it does not work that way. You can take every supplement in the book if you follow the nutrition and diet and training advice I see everyone posting here you will get nowhere. You have to eat a lot of whole food

You say your not a bodybuilder. Yet, you take anabolics, insulin and know an awful lot about shows and competitors.

Put the postal bin in or near the fridge then I will believe it.

As of right now, I’m assuming you measure every gram of carb and every ounce of meat and drink distilled water only to reduce sodium.

Let one person take every compound available and eat the recommended 2.5k calorie American diet or any of these bullshit diets I see recommended by other members. Let the other person improve their nutrition, increase their calories and protein consumption cut out alcohol sleep more and lift heavy. Person number 2 is going to make better gains every single time. Do you know how many people take compounds and look like slobs? Compounds do not get you in shape.
