Do you prefer a dex over aromasin?

Normally, any time I’ve competed Iv always used armidex and never had issues.

It apparently reaches havoc on your cholesterol levels but I never had issues.

Last 4 weeks I would use 2 mg a day.

I do. I've never had an issue with it.

how are you treating the tendinitis?   are you stretching and massaging?  icing?

All of it but right now mostly resting it and CBD. A couple of years ago a CBD company wanted to sponsor and gave me a ton of CBD products. I started using it a couple of weeks ago (yes, after 2 years of it sitting up in my cabinet) as a last resort, I even went to PT for awhile and it really seems to be helping. Just fucking tired of being in pain.

i get tendinitis bad too and I'm not massive.    I sometimes have to avoid certain exercises or do partial reps for some exercises and gotta massage the shit out of my arms, and stretch.  I don't think it's a size problem but a lack of warming up and/or stretching and doing exercises that irritate the tendons.

one gal. of 2% milk
Very lean ground beef
Oranges
hard cheese
three Lg. vanilla yogurts
gal of OJ
Natty PB and SF jelly
Virgin Olive Oil
condiments
Assorted other stuff

Freezer:
one half gal of ice cream
large roast
steaks
Tons of chicken breast and fish wrapped up and stacked
Tons of bags of frozen veggies...mitly broccoli
etc. etc

Cabinets:
Literally tons of canned tuna
beans
canned veggies
rice cakes...assorted flavors
ton of rice
condiments and spices
potatoes both white and sweet or yams
whey powdr whicjh i only ue in a pinch mixed with water

Counter tops:
bread
bananas
cereal.....some sweet kinds plus oatmeal and cream of wheat and wheatena
a few other incidental.

I`ll have a pizza or ub or KFC if the urge trikes me.

And no I`m not taking pics of a stupid refrigerator.

Mised some stuff but I dont care.

Eat for health especially as you age.

You want a contest pic when I competed at light heavy my first time and made myself sick making the weight(198lbs) vs now when I weigh 225lbs and I am leaner and I still crush you because again I am literally 50% bigger than you? I mean I guess if I was 50 years past my prime I would want to look at old pics as well. Why don't you throw up a current pic so we can all get a chuckle? I used to look better as well but I post current pics to be accountable to the present not the past. What do you look like today? Death's door is my bet

I am a full 227lbs in this pic and it was before my show before I fucked up and lost 30lbs I didn't need to lose. I feel this is the best size and condition I have captured on camera. Butcherbox is another service I use.

If you take advantage of specials, the price per lb can constantly  be driven down - for example,  I get 2lbs of grass fed ground beef and 1lb of uncured bacon free every order for as long as I utilize it.  And, the price of the delivery never changed, even as there were shortages and inflation.

The depth is good.

The weight is only half what you claimed you can rep.

My suggestion is to drop down to 165 lbs bodyweight and pay to put on Strongman contests that you can enter and have everyone laugh at you. Wear a pink shirt…seems to help.
