He's trained in kenjustu since he was 12 and still does...that's why he was in good shape and ran around the stage.  He's 67 years old so I would expect him to be more eccentric

I’m thinking lifestyle combined with him being thinner than most people his age.

Bob Saget was only 2 years younger in poor health and he looked noticeably better than this.

We all age and he just seems like he may be one of those people who ages a little before others.
