modern gym goof-balls

this 'genova type' of odd-ball at the gym does something bizarre on the preacher, but opposite.
loads up way too much weight on the bar
then leans his whole body fwd, over the front of the preacher then rocks back with tons of momentum
his arms are like locked  the entire time, not a lick of bicep comes into play
he actually looks just like jason, has these bizarre ticks and tweaks (like 24x7) rubs his ear to his shoulder non-stop.
looks like it could be his thinner twin
must have the same fetal-alcohol damage that jason has
i guess its a 'thing'

you should crunch forward abit and tilt shoulders forward, IF going heavy. Because it will protect your bicep not getting in fully stretched position where it's the most vaunerable.

almost all bicep tears happen when the arm is straight and supinated

Just look how many ride up the arm deadlifting

While trying to demonstrate progressive overloading, I put myself in a vulnerable position as soon I sat down for the very first rep. My seat was too low and with little to no leverage, the ENTIRE weight was placed completely on my tendons rather than evenly distributed across my biceps. ⁣⁣

Isn't the weight always going to hit the tendon if it hits the bicep? Or am I thinking about this wrong?

Pretty stupid to preacher curl 135 with a straight bar. I think the most I ever felt comfortable with for this reason was 90 on ez bar. Which was a good weight to feel and control but wasn’t worried about a tear.

He went way too heavy....that amount of weight in`t going to add any size.....much better off lightening the load and going strict with half reps at the end of a set when no more full reps can be completed to extend the set IMO.

EGO....SHOWOFF = BICEPS TEAR

It`s not like he`s Yates or Ronnie......fucking idiot. LOL  ;D

If you were gonna pick a tear, this was probably a good one.

He's could end up with some pretty good peaks on his biceps.

I tore the long head of my bicep at the shoulder about a year and a half ago. It did give me a better peak until I had it surgically repaired a couple weeks later.

Like going full retard, never go full retard. These IG people are full retard. Rarely do they ever build a base just start with these ludicrous simp movements and protein pancakes with avocado toast.

Loads of these imbeciles poluting gyms everywhere now. Wearing gymshark tank tops  and lifting belts while doing wrist curls. Constantly checking the 'gram for new likes of their pre workout shake.  Cause ''aesthetics bro''  ::)
