What kind of workout routine are you following and do you use any stimulants or pre-workouts?
Right now I am just doing a 3 day split over a weekly period but it changes time to time. And I had to work up to it. I will break arms off into a separate day soon just cruising as had some tendonitis and trying to focus on legs. Will be hitting arms separate once a week as well by summer. I do not use any preworkout or post workout stimulants. I usually have 1 or 2 caffeinated beverages a day though coffee tea or soda not energy drinks.
Day 1
Squats, hamstring curls and leg extensions
Day 2
Flat barbel Bench press, Incline and Decline smith bench press, cable or pec dec crossovers, two and one arm tricep cable extensions
Day 3
Stiff leg deadlifts, hammer strength rows, lat pulldowns and wall barbell curls
