Kevin had a better overall build when “on” shrunk when off.

It doesn’t look like Dillet held much size off but JP still looks like a bigger gym rat.

Looks good :) Bone in is supposed to be better but I can't taste the difference when I'm cooking them at home. I usually just do some salt and pepper with oil or butter, but sometimes I'll do a different spice mix for the rub. The Montreal seasoning works well if I'm not making my own mix.

Right now I am just doing a 3 day split over a weekly period but it changes time to time. And I had to work up to it. I will break arms off into a separate day soon just cruising as had some tendonitis and trying to focus on legs. Will be hitting arms separate once a week as well by summer. I do not use any preworkout or post workout stimulants. I usually have 1 or 2 caffeinated beverages a day though coffee tea or soda not energy drinks.

Day 1
Squats, hamstring curls and leg extensions

Day 2
Flat barbel Bench press, Incline and Decline smith bench press, cable or pec dec crossovers, two and one arm tricep cable extensions

Day 3
Stiff leg deadlifts, hammer strength rows, lat pulldowns and wall barbell curls

No delt or trap work?  Whatever works, I guess.  I'd feel incomplete and not balanced following that routing.  Not hating, just my opinion.

My delts overpower my chest already and get plenty of stimulation pressing and pulling. Also traps are getting worked doing stuff leg deadlifts. The idea here is to prioritize and bring up lagging bodyparts as in my legs. But all those small muscle groups are being used on compound movements. I will usually do a shoulder press or upright row once a month on chest day as well but my shoulders have always been dominant anyway. Sometimes I wiil rotate a shouilder day in and take a chest day out but whatver this is current. I have also had 3 shoulder surgeries so dont feel I need an extra day to beat them up.

My knees are well documented I have posted not just Xrays and MRIs and post operative surgical reports but can actually see a 6 inch scar across both my kneecaps sorry I still came back and I am now squatting I know it burns up haters like yourself. I have stated many times I do not use any powder proteins or supplements. I just eat food. I am cooking a pizza before bed tonight since you ask. I am sure The cheese has some caseinate milk based slow digesting protein in it.

Having a history of shoulder issues, I'd skip the upright rows if I were you.
