Amazing physique. He probably started out doing 6 Reps per set early in his career, but added OneMoreRep later on.

used to see him pretty often at World and Golds in 01-03. was really the first guy (besides paul dillett) that made me think 'wtf'. easily the widest guy i've ever seen. really inspired me to see how much gear my delts could hold lol

We're all a-buzz here at the GetBig offices. I was just talking to John in accounting and he stated he had spent the day with Tom a few months ago. He wasn't doing great but he was however doing.
His diet had changed and John told me roughly this was what Tom ate daily:

7am: Fresh squeezed glass of orange juice, half a cup of oatmeal.

12pm: Waldorf salad, glass of unsweetened tea.

5pm: smoked duck or fillet (depends what he had in the fidge), side of sprouts lightly glazed with almond oil.

9pm: small box of raisins.

10pm: chocolate or vanilla Boost.




STAY POSITIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
