What We Know Of Wes:

Goodmorrow,

Wes is a very boring person that spends most of his time chasing around men and benzo's on bodybuilding boards and gas stations. But what do we really know about our resident senior citizen? Here is a list of what WE DO KNOW:

1. Wes is old

2. Wes is a benzo addict

3. Wes has man envy. We see this with his attraction to Josh and his third grade firting with Bhank.

4. Wes turned on GetBig and called everyone on here morons and wannabe's when he was on the other forum.

5. Wes is selfish. Instead of taking care of his family he chooses to still be addicted to benzo's, brag about his edible's and use steroids.

6. Wes's skin looks like an old catchers mit.

7. Wes looks like the original Phantom Of The Opera...Lon Chaney.

8. Wes is bi.

9. Wes is a very weak name.

10. Everytime Wes sneezes, a little pee comes out.

I’ve seen Wes help a lot of people through the years.Training and diet advice and answer every question thrown at him.He even tried to help Bhank and probably still would if he asked.Good guy in my book.

Meal # 1:
8 eggwhites,1 whole egg (scrambled in non-fat cooking spray)
1/2 cup oats ( no milk,use artificial sweetener)
12 oz. water

Meal # 2 :
1 can water packed tuna (plain)
lg. green salad (with fat-free dressing......... should only contain 3 gms. of sugar or less)
12 oz. water

Meal # 3 :
5 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast
1 baked potato (use "I Can`t Believe It`s Not Butter" spray)
1-2 cups green beans
12 oz. water

Meal # 4 :
Lean Ground beef
1 cup brown rice
1 cup green veggies
water

Meal # 5 :(Pre-Workout)
1 scoop whey in H2O
1 scoop whey in H2O
1/4 to 1/2 cup plain oats

Meal # 6 :(Post-Workout)

1 scoop whey in H2O
1 scoop whey in H2O
1/4 to 1/2 cup plain oats

Meals 5 + 6 should be placed pre and post workout respectively

Do 30-45 minutes of cardio 5-6 days a week after training and on off days (use an inclined treadmill.............si mply walk at a good pace varying the speed and the level of incline throughout)

Is this your meal plan? Very solid.

Here is Wes's.

6am: slurpee...with vodka

7am: McDonalds or whatever plate of leftovers from under the bed

12pm: 7/11 two slices of pizza

3pm: Gasstation frozen pizza microwaved on high for ten minutes

7pm: Tuna sub from Subway if his sister is "treating".

9pm: Aldi's shrimp ring minus ice crystals

11pm: can of tuna

Yeah I was put in timeout for 30 days for outing stupid Howard/Oak/Fallsview and his fat, smelly Shizzo-looking wife.

Doesn’t matter because I was busy anyway in the Bahamas and Europe ….and I also had Covid

But I did bench press 165 lbs with my wrist straps and I weighed 141 lbs in my workout gear that day. Next I’m going to squat 225 lbs, but I’m working on my trail running skills right now.

And I am also still doing my hockey ice skating. I got a hockey stick and I’m much better balanced now. I still miss Pellius….
