House looks much nicer in the video than the pictures. Is the video from before you bought it? I like the 2nd floor balcony, it's wide enough to actually use instead of some narrow strip that isn't functional.

I've seen many heated tile floors in bathrooms, I hadn't seen any in living rooms, but then I'm in the south so there isn't much need.

House built in 2004....which means, it will have nice amenities that are likely due for a style upgrade, with appliances and stuff on their way out, if they haven't been changed already.  But overall likely very nice.

Location is awesome.

The house is mainly hardwood and tile my bedroom, office, laundry room, and the gym are the only carpeted rooms.

Thanks yeah I had to replace the HVAC 2 microwaves, a dishwasher, the pool heater, and a fridge since I moved in 6 years ago. Stupid dog also ruined the upstairs carpet so tiled that entire level. They don't tell you about the upkeep cost in the brochure. Oh yeah and the heated tile only works in half the living room.
