Who has such accurate information? What is known is that the Russian army has no qualms about wasting lives, it leaves the corpses of its soldiers to rot on the battlefield, its tactic of indiscriminate human wave assaults is well known which creates enormous casualties and its soldiers are overall very poorly equipped besides some elite units. If you look at the way Russia fights in the past, in the last world war, you will get your proof. The rate of Russian losses versus German in the battle for Stalingrad were much higher but in the end they succeeded due to sheer volume. Talk about bleeding a country dry.
