May I ask what your sources are for this cocksure statement? Remember if it was every way imaginable the whole of Ukraine would be there's but they were booted away from Kyiv and have lost half a million men for some mangled land.

Ukraines losses are in the millions, 2-3 men to Russias 1  they are struggling to find anyone left to fight, both sides are misreporting deaths but the lack of men left to conscript in Ukraine is obvious, appreciate there are many overseas who dont wish to fight as they see this as nothing more than a domestic political dispute where whoever wins makes absolutely no difference to them or the common man.

I think Putin is wrong and Ukraine has a right to defend itself. I just don’t want to have to support it financially. If they can’t fight and defend themselves without the help of the world, then they need to find a solution to bring peace to their country. Sanction Russia or don’t, makes no difference to me, but the facts are the facts. Russia holds all of the cards here.

Russia is in control of Crimea, and most of the eastern regions they have annexed. Ukraine does not hold any Russian territory at this moment. Those are the facts, like them or not.

A new law, introduced in May, requires every man aged between 25 and 60 to log their details on an electronic database so they can be called up. More than two years into the war, almost everyone knows someone who has been killed. Grim news has poured out from the front, of Ukraine being vastly outnumbered and outgunned.
Over the phone, the couple’s friend of 15 years, Maksym, relayed such tales. Among the dead are around a dozen of his friends and acquaintances. “There are more than a million police officers in Ukraine, why should I fight when they are not?" he said.

Maksym, who has a young daughter and wife who is 7 months pregnant, said he was sorry to miss the wedding but was afraid of being “grabbed” by conscription officers who he likened to “bandits”.
