As another pointed out,

Hopefully your heart rate is while exercising. BPM around 100 is medically tachycardia, which could lead to/and or signal an arrhythmia. A few on this thread have rightfully speculated arrhythmia in Bostin's case, a sign of heart failure, and that can drop you in seconds. A heart attack will hurt and give Bostin time to call 911,etc.

Get it checked out. I speak from experience with hormones and heart failure. I hope you're fine though man. Just check it out.

heart rate is not good. mine is at 100 when Im on a slow 4.0 jog on the treadmill for 20 mins.

I know he's a millionaire, etc. so not really representative of most 91 year olds, but I guess looking after your health and making sure you've planned your finances properly can go a long way to mitigate that (or am I being over-optimistic?

Why are you using this pathetic piece of equipment? Do you not have the flexibility to put on an arm cuff by yourself or something?

Your BP if accurate is pretty good. I've had mine lower (110/65) when I ate pretty strict and did a lot of cardio, but I'd often feel light headed when getting up from a seated or laying position. Counter intuitively I worked on increasing my BP, so ate more dirty foods and got lazy and felt much better for it (it wasn't a salt intake issue)
