Why are you using this pathetic piece of equipment? Do you not have the flexibility to put on an arm cuff by yourself or something?
Your BP if accurate is pretty good. I've had mine lower (110/65) when I ate pretty strict and did a lot of cardio, but I'd often feel light headed when getting up from a seated or laying position. Counter intuitively I worked on increasing my BP, so ate more dirty foods and got lazy and felt much better for it (it wasn't a salt intake issue)
