Eat a healthy balanced diet, train hard, and stay away from drugs. You will live for a long time and look and feel great. Why is this difficult for so many people? Bodybuilding and fitness don't have to be a mental illness.

Flex Wheel was  measured at 0.0% by Jim Quinn at Golds. Flex didn’t die, I think this kid did something wrong.

They are saying he died from an eating disorder and over-exercising.

Whatever the fuck that means.

I'm thinking he was on something that ruined his organs. Perhaps diuretics, DNP or too much T3.
