I remember.....280+ to competing in the O and placing in the top 10.  Bhanky is lean now and won't even place top 10 in  local show ifit had more than 10 competitors in his class.  He and this whole discussion are a complete joke.  I don't understand why I even keep allowing myself to be pulled into this other than it is so comical

Lucky for me today is back and bicep day. Planning some smith machine rows maybe some wide and narrow grip pulldowns and some ez bar wall curls and maybe some dumbell preachers nothing too complicated. Just need to motivate to get moving but staking my workout claim now Ha just waiting for the snow to melt it was 78 degrees here last week 28 today

Yeah that is crazy. When he lived in Austin, he was huge off-season but still relatively low body fat but still moon face.

Not many of the pros seem to have an off-season anymore. I think maybe social media might have an influence on that.

I knew a girl that dated Priest for awhile, his day was literally sleep on the couch all day and eat and then go to the gym. She said he ate whatever, was not picky with making sure food was healthy.

Not surprising when you look at his pics as a kid, and how lean he was even then.   Dude has always said he relied more on eating big to grow than he ever did on drugs.  He's been consistent about that for 30 years now, so if it wasn't true he would have slipped about what he took and when by now IMO.
