Interesting. I wonder what the limits are? Like what percentage of your fat cells you can change from white to brown and how difficult is it? Is this a realistic thing that happens frequently or just something that's possible but unlikely to happen for the average person that exercises.? I never spent much time thinking about the topic of fat cells before. I guess I'm figuring out that I don't know shit about it.
I am iliterate regarding the subject. Fat was never a concern for me. I believe the limits of white cells turning brown will be mostly genetic, just like muscle building. One can do everything right, training wise, but there will always be limits, specially in severely obese people.
