The Oscars suck. Barely anyone watches that shit anymore. The Oscars desperately needed a "black person acting crazy moment", much like when Kanye went bonkers on Taylor Swift at the Video Music Awards in 2009. This serves two purposes. One, it allows for the Oscars to be talked about once more "the look at me moment". Two, it helps to restore some level of manliness to Will's questionable reputation.
