I couldn`t care less what you do and please stop with the attention whoring fucked up photos.....btw you are supposed to feel miserable when dieting for three months.... and he didn`t starve himself dumbass he problably ate four or five meals with two shakes....just no peach cobbler, BBQ wings, subs, ice cream,and the other assorted shit you eat daily.... and you stay lean only due to GH and gear useage.

?!!!!!!!!!! Obvioulsy I know a little something about staying in shape. Gear does not make someone lean. HGH does not make someone lean. Training and food consumption I don't say diet because I don't like the connotation but again I think my abs justify my food clearly whatever I am doing is working.
