As such the water wasn't cutting it and I added the gatorade back into the diet.  This pic is post a 3 egg omelette 24 ounces of Gatorade and a coffee. I have also been beach walking 2-3 miles a day in addition to walking the dog a mile a day. Still lifting the same and eating plenty of food eating meat and potatoes eggs and bread but dropping water retention. Heading to Sunday Easter Brunch at the club now for some Lamb.

I have never pinned anything into either of my biceps. I did pin HGH directly into my tricep 15 years ago everyday for 2 weeks after having my tricep surgically reattached. Other than that I have not pinned either arm with anything oil or water based nothing no filler no inflammatory no oil nothing. Some might recommend I do for a show to even them out but fuck that my uneven arms are all mine.
