Did some research on the vertigo thing 4-5- years ago...
Sometimes from hitting your head you can dislodge crystals in your inner ear and when they start moving around you can have bouts of dizziness.
Supposedly there's a chair treatment that somehow puts these crystals back where the belong by inversion and centrifugal force.
They mainly diagnose with the chair test but I think its used for treatment  as well.

Depression is a tough battle… I know you’re on anti depressants but hopefully you are talking with a counselor. I know you have friends and family that love you as well. This place can be rough but I hope you know you’re loved here too.

I had it 3-4 years ago. Felt like the worst sunburn you could imagine and then someone scrubbing it with 40 grit sandpaper. Doc gave me valtrex and told me to keep another scrip on hand for future episodes if they came about. Sorry to hear.

I tried lyrica instead of benzodiazepines with my cocaine for a while. Lyrica and anti psychotics were dreadful to use even for a day or two. I felt they did more damage than anything else. Cannot fathom being on full time

I am off my head on coke most days lately. I get pure flake too it’s 76%. Only a few grams a day. Few benzoS here and there. Drunk driving most days. Don’t care anymore. I’ve Become dangerous. That’s what the lockdown did for me. I drink every day now too and haven’t trained properly in 4 months.

Yesterday I had in total 5-6 pints of Guinness and a 350ml bottle of Jameson throughout the day. Just here and there. That wasn’t much. At the weekends double that or treble. There’s more things too. That’s just some of it. Off the rails.
