so Im on my golf journey. Ball joint/control arm went, car cant go any farther. Im stranded in Crownest Pass Alberta on a holiday and cant afford to fix it. Oh brother, doooooomed.

so the golf course here is hiring 3 greenskeeping positions. I may stay here. I love this place. Right in the mountains, streams, wildlife, amazing place

Hi Josh. I knew this French Canadian who hitchhiked from Vancouver to Montreal. He lived like a hippie around English Bay Beach. He had to improvise to get home as he was broke. Well, he told Good Samaritans who gave him a lift that he was going to his brother’s funeral in Montreal. He said people were impressed and gave him money. He returned to Vancouver with money in his pocket! A smart older guy who didn’t have trouble getting a girlfriend either.

a friend owns a motel up here in the mountains, came and picked me and my stuff up and gave me a free room for as long as i need. Worked out
