I will say my elbow feels 100 percent better. I lifted biceps Sunday then chest Monday and feel nothing in the elbow. Today is supposed to be squat day but having some mobility issues so may do stiff legs and back instead.
It will feel amazing for a few weeks.
Then deteriorate back to complete shit.
Because you aren't addressing the problem.
I used to get shots in my wrist do to an old boxing injury.
Made it feel perfect for a month or so.
Once i addressed the actual problem my wrist has been fine for 20 years.
