I can attest to this ,though our resident  180 pound MONSTER Hanky will just call me small but training for a contest.....something he knows nothing about I might add.....I would wake up at the same time daily, train at the same times every day,eat at the same times....four meals and two shakes a day,hit the bathroom at approximately the same times every day,go to bed at the same time nightly.....my body was thriving on this daily routine....and my meals were average size but my shits were tiny cuz I was training so fucking hard 6 days a week.....{something else he knows nothing about} my body utilized almost all of my food intake for energy/fuel and repair.

DISCLAIMER:  NO COBBLER OR MDMA WAS ON MY DIET.

I thought cobbler and mdma was the anabolic diet no? Or was it cobbler and adderall?

.. lol honestly yes…. It’s just that shake … ( there are mitigating factors I had all 32 teeth removed surgically and a full set of implants installed .. so that’s where the all / total liquid diet started (I had been on a variation of this for a decade or more .., mostly shakes with one or two whole food meals before I switched to all liquid ) I’m not recommending it to anyone …. It what’s works for me …that’s all  like I said unlike most people (girlfriends) I could give a shit about food / eating ! .. so this has been a godsend! .. 50 grams of whey 50-75 carbs (crispies) and that’s it? No “ bobo bars or anything else

When you say crispies, do you mean rice cakes? What exactly.

Labrada is one of those guys that will drop a ton of weight once bodybuilding stops being his job. You can see it pains him to have to live the mass monster lifestyle.

I will say I drink 80% of my meals these days and it feels so much better on my digestive system. I have a huge appetite and can eat all day long but I prefer drinking that way I don’t eat a lot.

Many say Beverly is in its own class but I think it must be a placebo effect for the most part. They don't have their own source for whey or other milk products. Unfortunately these companies don't often say where they source their protein from because then the savvy consumers would source their raw materials much cheaper.

That said, if Beverly was available in my country I would try it. If the flavoring is excellent and you can trust the label is accurate I wouldn't mind paying more.

I agree.  Beverly is a complete different powder than anything I have tried before.  And I have tried everything out there I believe.  There is no stomach issues, bloat or "hard" feeling when I use it.  They have been around a long time and run a tight control on who they allow to distribute and sell it, but they really are a quality item.  I don't mind paying more for it, but I really don't use a lot of it.

I will make homemade protein bars for when traveling (airline foods are awful) or use it for a late night dessert when carbs are calling my name at 11pm.  One scoop powder plus one scoop zero calorie vanilla greek yogurt.  One tub lasts about 4 months for me.

You think that's true? Or was it because he was a weider athlete 😉 just like Piana used to drink 4 mass gainer shakes a day when he was with Mutant.

The fuck now you think I take MDMA I wouldn't evenknow where to get something like that I live on a small island in NC and look like a Narc you think club kids are selling me MDMA

Also I used to drink shakes in my 20s I find them undigestible now they cause bloating and they just ruin your actual appetite

Mike,
Why did you have all your teeth yanked?
What happened?
…. I’m totally transparent to you guys always .. they just started fucking falling out! (Was going to the dentist every 2 weeks for root canals …crowns etc etc ..I lost my dental insurance and was paying cash .. it was usually two thousand dollars or more for a root canal and crown .. the crowns were falling off and I was miserable!(never smiling at work or opening my mouth , certainly killed any “ game “ with females … this went off for years (was depressed) .. finally did something about it!  Had all 32 teeth extracted in 2 seperate operations (put to sleep with a hospital anesthesiologist (story for another time I stopped breathing and swallowed my tongue and was “ super combative while under anesthesia … they tried to hold me down they said but couldn’t.. hence the 2 separate surgeries lost 35-40 pounds. Due to being swollen and not being able to eat … what you see here are just the temporary teeth (the full Set of implants has yet to be put in ..I’m still healing ) it cost me sixty four thousand dollars ( I cashed in some investments and just paid it all up front )

I got to jump in here (yea whole food is better!) but I can’t do it! ( that much Meat I fucking gag and retch and it takes an hour or more to choke it down ) …I have no appetite/ zero interest in food ..  and my job has me waking 8-10 miles per eight hour shift everyday in the mall) this diet or variations of it has been a godsend to me! … I’m almost 60 and this pic is recent …I get in pretty good shape on this diet (yes I agree I would be a better bodybuilder following a conventional bodybuilding diet ) if it wasn’t for this “ diet “ I’d be fucked!
