So here is the scoop I applied to be a part time theft prevention officer. I thought it would be fun to play part time cop and get a security uniform like Mike. When I showed up to interview they told me they wanted to put me in appliances full time. I never applied to be in appliances or for full time work but I figure what the hell I will try it for a week or two and see how it goes. I thought it might be fun it wasn't it was actual work and then they had me moving shit around in the department. So I quit. End of story.

That's too bad that you worked for a bit, but I'm glad you quit.
I agree, it must have been tragic.

Hanky, doesn’t have the space anymore.

He has 2 kids that are not his living with him and his “gf” syphoning all his money.

The sharp increase  in his grocery bill from feeding 3 people and paying their way forced him to work a min wage job.

I never said I inherited anything and again I applied to be part time security. I thought it might be fun then they put me in appliances full time when they saw I had a degree and could do credit applications and sales. I didn't get a chair. They had me working too many hours on my feet and it was not fun so I quit. But yeah I felt like I needed to make it a week first to prove I could and I did. I actually was the top sales guy in the department with the most credit applications my first week but yeah they also had me moving shit and it paid nothing and was too much time so I quit. If any of you want the job by all means you can have it. I was not hired to do manual labor I was hired to do sales but the freight guys would leave shit in the wrong spot and I was the designated muscle in the department to move it. No thanks not my bag

LOLOL more lies from Bhanky..

I am sure you were the top salesmen in a week.

And yes, your CFA and robust banking experience was needed to process tricky credit applications for a 1k-5k Fridge..

You dont think Bhanks could sweet talk someone into signing up for a new credit card? I'm sure he made LOWES a ton of money that week.

What's more impressive is they threw him out on the floor his first week. Typically they do 40 hours of virtual training before you step foot on the floor, specifically so you can know their systems and how to process payments and how to sign people up for the cc's.

No surprise bhanks went right to the floor though.

They are appliances not spaceships I was an expert in a day. But yeah I got put on the floor the second half of my first day by myself the other guy was MIA. I sold half a dozen appliances and signed people up for 2 credit cards without anyone even showing me how to use the damn system. I never even completed the training. I literally signed someone up for a credit card the first time I logged into the credit service system. Again it's not rocket science. But they wanted too many hours so I quit. By all means you guys are welcome to apply. I have a pending offer from a Government contractor in Newport News for a financial analyst position. It pays 3-4X as much but it is an hour and a half commute supposed to be hybrid after training though so will see. I needed to send them a lot of info for the background check yesterday as they deal with sensitive information so I quit the local job. Will I pass the background check who knows but I will pass one somewhere eventually. In the meantime I am getting my stomach back on a regular schedule as it was also starting to bother me after my last shift. Sorry if you guys don't have the option to try something out and then change your mind I do.

Yes, entering customers information in specified data fields required extensive training and skills.

Thankfully your IQ scores helped you navigate the application process and find the submit button

Like I said it's not rocket science it was actually pretty funny when a customer asked me how long I had worked there as they said I was very knowledgeable, and I was like a week lol

Perhaps it's for the best you didn't get that security position, a lot of these shoplifters are pretty rough and tumble. Heck, you could cramp up in the middle of an apprehension and have to be carried off the sales floor Paul Dillett style.

Bhanks I’m sure they did throw you to the wolves. The box stores are facing an employee crisis, I’m just commenting on how their protocol is supposed to be followed. I would think that you being in the corporate backyard they would not stray from SOP. But I’m sure they also realized you aren’t a moron.

I respect the fact that you’re willing to take on jobs like these. I worked at golf course one summer mowing lawns while I was between jobs and it was a nice break from normal work. It was actually fun.

Bhanky was over-producing which threatened Biden's plan to destroy the US. economy.

He had to go.
