I have been seeing multiple Gastros for 20 plus years. I have barrets esophogous, Gerd, bile reflux and Crohn's, I also do not have a valve between my stomach and esophagus anymore the acid corroded it away 25 years ago. I have 3 types of medications I am supposed to take 7 times a day for it. I don't take any. They have done EGD and biopsies on me multiple times. They want to do colonoscpies I have declined.  I have precancerous polyps and cyst throughout my digestive system. You all seem to think you are experts you are not I have been dealing with this for 20 plus years it doesn't matter if I eat white rice or drink battery acid I am going to have recurring issues regardless. I also have a large hiatial hernia and a umbilical hernia and a bleeding stomach ulcer. Really not something I need to argue with you jackasses about

Hankins is a weird creature indeed. He mentioned there were years he was pulling down $500,000/yr in finance, and some of the stuff that's been posted here smells of old money.

Another thing that is favorable on the house is the property tax. It's around $7,000yr on a $2,000,000 house in NC. The same house where I'm from in the NE, would be $30-35,000.

I was doagnosed with barrets a precancerous condition and they found the precancerous polyps when I was 25 years old ir’s been 20 years. I am already way past fucked. I am done with doctors probing me I have no desire for treatment that will make me sicker. I dont take their medications I do my own reaearch on alternarove therapies but yeah life is short I live for today.

Jane I understand your point here. You should build a "base" and have a solid foundation before moving onto bigger weights.

But we are talking about Bhanks. He will pull a jedi mind trick on the 425 so it will feel like 135. Powerlifting is 75% mental, 15% having the proper equipment (knee braces, belt,etc.) 7% technique  and 3% physical strength.

Mentally Brian can not be beat and having the right mindset is the real battle.  Tbh i'm a little disappointed he's not going heavier but I also get it.

So to answer your question, no 225 is a waste of time for where bhanks is going. He is living the mantra of "go big or go home".

Haha. Nah I didn't call. I just searched for appliance stores near Bhanky and I found only 2 viable options. Lowes and Home Depot.

I went with Lowes to see if he'd confirm or deny it. He has denied it, so we're now left with Home Depot Hanky.

I have never missed an attempted squat I will post before the summer ends try not ti die. I am a little concerwd as I have spent the last 4 hours dricing wirh a covid positive  child coughing on me but thats the ionlt  forseabket setback
