Whats the easiest way to treat it?
easiest way is an antihypertensive aka 'blood pressure' medication. you'll have to see a 'healthcare provider' for a prescription but the meds are inexpensive and well-tolerated and you'll add good quality years to your life. Chronic blood pressure leads to debilitating issues that ruin your quality of life, like heart failure, a stroke, kidney failure/dialysis .. so your few remaining years cant be fully enjoyed.
prescription guidelines do say try diet & exercise for 6 months first, but few can stay consistent to get to safe blood pressure levels. Lots of cardio and shedding some bodyweight will work for most but not everyone has time, effort, or desire ... and that's ok. we have pills for that now
