I agree. Eat enough to build and maintain, while not blowing out your gut, your organs, your rectum.
Matt is also proving this with a small diet, and minimal gear.
The 70's guys didnt have to over-eat. Even the good 80's/90's guys.
The ones who did eventually blew out their guts (even the great Ronnie).
Meal 1:
10 Egg Whites, 1 Cup Oatmeal, 1 Cup Greek Zero Fat Yogurt, 1Tablespoon Fish Oil
Meal 2:
8oz. Chicken Breast, 10oz. Sweet Potato, 1 Cup Vegetables, Nuts-- Almonds, Cashews, Seeds
Meal 3:
8oz. Chicken Breast, 1.5 cup Rice Mixed with Black Beans, 1 Cup Vegetables, Granola Muffin
Meal 4:
8oz Salmon, Orange Roughy, or Halibut, 10 oz. Sweet Potato, 1 Cup Vegetables, Sorbet
Most would do well w/ a similar diet to this (Lee Labrada) with maybe an extra shake or two if wanted to over a bit.
