There is a test blend similar to Sustanon from Mexico named Testoprim D that will swell up an injection site like that or worse and hurt like HELL just from one injection. It's been around for decades and is pharma quality, but many say either high alcohol content or too much Propionate is what causes the crazy pain and inflammation. I speak from experience in saying I know no one that could possibly make it through more than one shot per week because it's baseball size swelling and unbearable pain from one shot. It's possible he shot some type of gear he reacted bad to as mentioned , but had an appearance or something and didn't realize someone would troll through the video and pause it like that(had to be a getbigger...lol) and it was a one time thing, as opposed to a build up of oil or scar tissue. Didn't he compete recently at the NY Pro and nothing was off? So it may not be "loaded with oil" but rather some bad shots with some fucked gear. Just gossip and opinion as obviously only he knows the truth.
