No idea how you figure I train like a wus meanwhile you are listing lying leg raises as part of your workout
All the top guys train abs dummy.....why wouldn`t I want a strong abdominal wall?
You have visible abs but the "squares" are thin and shallow....to see what I mean just check out on of my ab shots....they are thick with a small waist and they stand out in bold relief.
If I win that card or even place top 5 I will rub it into your face every chance that I get.....and yes dickhead the bodyweight classes on the NPC are legit....that`s why they instituted them.
We can`t all gain a ton of water to weigh 230 pounds and look like the proverbial bag of smashed assholes,only to lose it if we catch a cold or miss a meal of the empty calorie laden trash that you ingest.
My goals are different than yours....yours is to weigh more and to impress regular people who have no idea what they are looking at in your local grocery store, mine is to look great and compete at a high level and to impress actual bodybuilding judges in the NPC.
