Being a heavyweight even the dead last heavyweight is still a better bodybuilder than the guy who wins at 150lbs. The goal is to have 19 20 inch arms with ans not to have the best abs ever with 14 inch arms. I am not saying compete against younger guys I am saying try to gain some muscle and add some size vs just starving yourself to 150lbs. Anyone can starve themself it is much harder to actually add size

My competition is against myself and when I hit Pittsburgh the guys in my class will be my competition......I could care less about any other classes.

I may cross over and do the Over-50 also.....we can`t all be heavyweights, not that you ever competed as one and you never will.......YOU HAVE TO DIET DOWN.....SOMETHING YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO DO .....we have to just do the best with what we got....you`d be wise to heed that snippet if wisdom dumbass.

If you trained heavy and hard you would have lost 5 pounds or so, but we have all seen your posted workouts....they look like they were designed by a complete neophyte.

Well I have Covid not a cold and suspect I have had it for about 2 weeks as I had a cold and scratchy throat that then turned into a fever. I am also dehydrated as my urine was brown and I have a side stitch. Additionally I have added my prescription anastrozole and dropped everything else to reduce water since I am not lifting. I noticed an almost immediate increase in vascularity in my calves once I added the prescribed  Armidex. I deliberately did this so I wont know if I have lost size or just water. I also have not lifted since Thursday morning. I still feel kind of fluish. I also have had weird food nightmares the last 2 nights where I am in a cafeteria but they stopped serving food and the line was too long so I didn't get any and I am trying to steal what is left as they remove it.

Taking all this into account I am happy to report I am 226lbs right now with a mild headache
