Well it has never come up before but yeah I was having some real issues with my hands a couple weeks ago. I was dropping food at the buffet at Fathers Day brunch. I couldnt get them to stop that day was embarrassing as had entire family at a fancy meal and I couldnt work my hands. I often spill my coffee when trying to walk from the kitchen to my office. It seems to have gotten worse the last few years. I have kind of just assumed it is some kind of electrolyte or sugar imbalance thing as it usually happens before or after eating. But I gave up writing by hand years ago I can not really fill out forms anymore. They always shook a little but sometimes get bad now. I have also been in a lot of race car wrecks and may have some kind of nerve damage in my neck. I also thought maybe it was cramps or carpal tunnel related. But I had the issue to a lesser degree when young so not sure. I don't have a primary care physician I have not had one in over a decade. It is very difficult to see a Dr around here and not sure what they could do anyway. But yeah I get hand shakes sometimes.
Bhanks makes being over 40 sound like you literally fall apart, so many issues, even mentioned one for just waking up in the morning, puffy face.
Yet, he tells me he is extremely healthy.He is by far the most unhealthy 40+ year old I know.
